Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk999 will close all but the earliest verified account, cancel any pending bets, and may forfeit all balances associated with the duplicate accounts. This rule applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were opened intentionally or inadvertently.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and at all subsequent times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Important: pk999 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. Any message claiming to be from pk999 and requesting your login credentials is fraudulent. Please report it to support@pk999.cash immediately.
pk999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Submitting false or altered identity documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Your pk999 account is your responsibility. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your password with anyone else, including family members. pk999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk999 support immediately at support@pk999.cash so that your account can be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.
pk999 uses industry-standard encryption to protect the data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you are also responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access pk999 are reasonably secure.
pk999 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk999 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — the payment method you use must be registered in your own name.
pk999 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash with an average completion time of under three minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals may be delayed where the account has not completed identity verification, or where an account review is in progress for any reason.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real funds deposited by you may be withdrawn at any time, subject to any active bonus terms attached to your account at that time. Specific rollover conditions for each bonus are set out in the individual offer terms.
Note: pk999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. Your payment provider may levy its own charges — please check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank for their applicable fees before transacting.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pk999 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific terms take precedence for that promotion.
The pk999 welcome bonus matches your first qualifying deposit by 100%, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated at the time of registration. The combined deposit and bonus amount is subject to a wagering requirement before any portion can be withdrawn. pk999 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying rollover requirements, systematic arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus funds cancelled, their account suspended, and any winnings generated through the abuse forfeited.
All bonuses on pk999 carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements that have not been completed before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without notice. It is your responsibility to check the expiry of any active bonus in your account at any time.
A bet placed on pk999 is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification from the platform. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted regardless of any other indication on the screen. pk999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without giving a reason.
If pk999 publishes an odds price that is clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, we reserve the right to void any bets placed at that price and return the stake to the player's account. This applies whether the error was in your favour or against you. A "clearly incorrect" price is one that a reasonable person would identify as obviously wrong given the market context at the time.

Odds update in real time and there may be brief periods where in-play markets are suspended around key events (wickets, goals, breaks of serve). pk999 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets throughout any fixture.
